Meet Swoop’s January client of the month Vanessa R.!! Talk about a transformation! I am so proud of Vanessa, her hard work and dedication is amazing. The picture on the left is from September 2017, she started at Swoop in October of 2017 and the picture on the right is May of 2018. She is still going strong and rarely misses a class. This girl is at Swoop 5-6 times per week! I am so proud of her accomplishments and love seeing her on a daily basis! Here is what Vanessa has to say about her experiences at Swoop 😊
How did you first hear about Swoop?
I learned of Swoop when some friends of mine from out of town invited me to check it out. Little had I known there was a hidden Gem right in my neighborhood.
Do you have a favorite exercise?
I like a lot of the variety of exercises offered - my favorites would be Tabata interval training for strength and cardio and Barre for Toning.
What achievements are you most proud of?
I am very proud of the progress I have made to become more healthy and get in shape in a short amount of time.
What do you like most about Swoop?
The fact that the classes are fun and that I am constantly seeing results. I finally found something I can stick with.. Jerelynn is also a huge motivator for me to get into class and keep up with working out : )
What advice would you give to someone on the fence about joining Swoop?
Do it! Best decision I ever made. The work outs will not only help you get into shape but participating in the challenges will help guide you into healthier eating as well.
What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?
Better eating habits - This challenge has provided me the tools to change my eating habits and I am finding it to be way easier than I thought it would be. I am learning that I can not only continue to provide meals my family that they enjoy but with little changes I can also participate in enjoying basically the same thing.
