Service Description
Participation in the Level 1 and Level 2 class is required prior to the Fit class. Bungee Fit is an intensive 40 minute workout. You push more, run more, fly more and burn more! It's non-stop in this HIIT (high intensity interval training) styled total body + bungee movement class. Dumbbells, steppers and med balls are added in most classes to increase the burn. All movements in this class are timed which allow you to work at your own pace (stopping is not a pace though :/ as long as you are moving we can consider it a WIN) We reserve the right to cancel any class if less than 2 people are signed up. If we are canceling, we will notify you by text and/or email at least 2 hours before classes that are scheduled. We do this because our format is group fitness which by definition requires a group, we have set the minimum group size at 2. Prevent your favorite class from canceled by registering as soon as you are absolutely positive you can attend. All class times are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy
A Level 1 and Level 2 Bungee class is required prior to booking a Bungee Fit class. Classes Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please advise us at least 6 hours prior to class start time. If there are less than 2 participants in a class the session will be cancelled. You will be advised of the class cancellation at least 6 hours prior to the class time. All class times are subject to change. Body Sculpting Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to make your scheduled sculpting appointment please notify us 24 hours in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will have to reschedule and repay your deposit. We understand that life happens and that rescheduling may conflict with your availability as well as ours and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please respect our cancellation policy and acknowledge our time as we respect your time as well. Thank you! No refunds after 7 days from date of purchase
