Meet our May client of the month Karin E.! I have known Karin since grade school and she reached out to me shortly after I opened Swoop and I can’t be happier that after 20 plus years of not seeing each other we reconnected!! Karin has been coming to classes since October of 2017! Here is what Karin has to say about her experience at Swoop!
How did you first hear about Swoop?
Brian Kramp’s visit that was broadcast on the News- also from your Facebook page.
Do you have a favorite exercise? What do you like about it?
I can’t think of a particular exercise that is my favorite, but what I do love, is that I can modify all of the exercises. As Jerelynn says many times, “as long as you are moving, you are fine.” I am not the most coordinated person, but I am not self-conscious about it.
What achievements are you most proud of?
I am most proud of my increased strength and balance. I have had 2 back surgeries, with nerve damage to my spinal cord, so my balance and feeling in my legs and feet were affected. The exercises at Swoop have strengthened my core.
What do you like most about Swoop?
I love the community and support of Swoop. Jerelynn and all of the other clients support each other and do not judge What advice would you give to someone on the fence about joining Swoop?
There is so much variety and the modifications keep you going. It is the most personalized program I have tried. Jerelynn’s feedback and suggestions will keep you motivated.
What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?
I would like to become more consistent with meal planning to increase weight loss.
