I hope you are all happy and healthy! Thanksgiving is right around the corner and with the pandemic still on the forefront things may be different for all of us for the holidays this year :/
For the past 2 years Swoop has hosted a Turkey Busting Buns & Abs workout on Thanksgiving morning to burn some calories before your big feast. Unfortunately, due to the virus I will not be doing that this year. BUT I still wanted to give something to all of you and make a donation to a local food pantry again this year.
Starting now and continuing through November 21st you will receive $5.00 off ANY single class purchased with the donation of 3 non-perishable food items.
I would like to be able to donate these items to the food pantry prior to Thanksgiving so in order for that to happen you must purchase and USE your discounted class prior to November 21st.
This is a great opportunity for you to come back or come in for the first time and see all that Swoop has to offer. We are the ONLY studio in the State of Wisconsin that offers the original Bungee Workout. This workout burns calories, tones muscles, is easy on the joints and is a blast.
Use promo code Give to get $5.00 of a bungee class or any class offered at Swoop. Class size is limited so grab your spot today!!
Hope to see you soon at Swoop!!

Balancing my doctoral studies with a part-time job at Last Minute Assignment has given me a front-row seat to the modern student experience, where the noble desire to volunteer and help others often clashes with the reality of crushing academic deadlines. Having suffered through many high-stress hustles and sleepless nights during my own college days, I am now incredibly conscious of the mental toll an unmanaged workload can take on one’s stability. This personal history is why I have such a deep interest in assisting others today;…
The giving back article was inspiring because it shows the value of helping others. I once volunteered and felt a sense of purpose. I also read MBA project and report help while browsing study discussions online. It made me think contribution matters.
