28 Day Challenge

We all feel a bit sluggish after the holidays and are looking for a fresh start to the New Year. Whether you are currently going to the gym and not seeing results or if you haven't had a workout plan in years, Swoop has you covered. Start off 2019 with a bang and join us for our Beat the Holiday Hangover 28 day challenge! You will be amazed at the results and how much FUN you will have achieving your goals! 28 Day Challenge has 3 key components:

1. Challenging classes that will burn calories long after the workout is over

2. Nutritional guidance and recommendations

3. SUPPORT! Jerelynn and your peers will be your biggest motivators to stick with the program

What is Included?

1. Orientation on January 5, 2019 at noon, take measurements, weigh in and go over nutrition. 30 minute body blast workout to kick off the challenge! **UPDATE please note due to the death in my family with funeral services on Saturday, the Orientation on January 5, 2019 at noon has been rescheduled to Sunday, January 6th at 9:30 a.m. if you are unable to make the rescheduled day and time please contact me to make other arrangements for your weigh-in and measurements. I apologize for the inconvenience.

2. Private Facebook page to keep you motivated.

3. Weekly at home workout will be posted on the private Facebook page

4. Nutrition and workout guide

5. 2 bonus Saturday workouts – bootcamp style 45 minute workout at noon on January 19th and 26th

6. Free health event on January 22nd with Dr. Janice Jurack! She will talk about overcoming the effects of stress along with complimentary foot detox baths and spinal health evaluations

7. On February 2nd we take final measurements

What are your options?· $149.00 Unlimited: You can attend as many classes as you would like. Most clients see the best results attending 3-5 classes per week and following a proper nutrition plan.

· $109.00 package: 2 x per week this will give you 8 classes during your 28 day challenge as well as one at home workout per week.
