Hi!  I'm Jerelynn Hilger, the owner of Swoop.  I am also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Bungee Workout instructor and most recently Certified in Barre.   I have been instructing group fitness for 7 years and love every minute of it!   But enough about me...when you come to Swoop it is all about you and your goals.  I can cater a workout to any fitness level and I continually change things up.  You will never be bored!  In addition to Bungee, Swoop offers Tabata, Full Body Circuit and a Barre'ish class!   I like to put my own spin on everything.  So if you are looking for traditional...you won't find it here.  All of our classes are filled with great workouts, lots of chatting and lots of laughs!   So what are you waiting for?   Register for a class today and come fly with us, come squat with us, come plié with us or just come for the company :)
